Frequently Asked Questions When do I have to have my order in for a cake?
  • All occasion cake orders include birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, and graduation cakes should be placed 5 days prior to the day you need the cake. If the order is placed less than 5 days prior to the day you need the it, the order may be subject to a rush order fee. Fee varies depending on the size of the cake.
How much money do I need to pay when I place my order?
  • When the order is placed, you must pay at least half of the total order. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, EBT, and Debit Cards.
Can I have a picture put on the cake?
  • You can have a picture put on the cake as long as the picture is no bigger than an 8x10, but as small as a wallet size. Your picture will be returned when you pick up your cake. Pictures with dark backgrounds do not show up as well as lighted pictures. We do not take creases, smudges, or any other sort of blemish out of the picture. All pictures must be brought in when the order is placed. 
How do I get to the North County store on West Florissant?
  • Coming from the Airport, head 70 East to Jennings Station Rd. Turn left on Jennings Station Rd. and continue on for about 1 mile. At the intersection of West Florissant and Jennings Station Rd. (the intersection has a Schnucks and BP gas station), turn right on West Florissant and continue down for 3 blocks. On the lefthand side is our building which is adjacent to a Rally's fast food restaurant. The address is 6621 West Florissant. Parking is on the west side of the building.
    Coming from the downtown area, head North on 55 which becomes 70 West. At the Jennings Station Rd. exit turn left at the stoplight and continue on Jennings Station Rd. for about 3/4 of a mile. At the intersection of West Florissant and Jennings Station Rd. (the intersection has a Schnucks and BP gas station), turn right on West Florissant and continue down for 3 blocks. How do I get to the West County store in Des Peres?
    Coming from 270, exit at Manchester and head West. Head west on Manchester for about 1 1/2 miles. At the intersection of Barrett Station Rd. and Manchester, a Burlington coat factory is located on the right. Turn into the shopping plaza and our sign says "CAKES." The address is 2127 Barrett Station Rd.
    Coming from the South County area, head North on 270 to Manchester Rd. Turn left at the stoplight from the exit ramp. Head west on Manchester for about 1 1/2 miles. When is the balance due on my wedding cake?
  • The balance on all wedding cakes is due two weeks prior to the date of wedding.
Can I make a change to my order?
  • Unfortunately we do not allow any changes to order after the order is placed. Please make sure that all your information is correct before signing off your order.
